For over 102 years, Delta Sigma Pi has been the foremost professional business fraternity that offers students the ability to develop through professional, social and community service events. Nationally there are more than 258 chapters and over 220,000 initiated Brothers who support the goals and ideals of the Fraternity. Coupled together with the extensive USC Alumni and Deltasig Alumni Networks, a vast network of opportunities and relationships lie at your fingertips.

As an International Fraternity Brothers form global contacts through collegiate chapters and alumni associations scattered throughout the world. In an increasingly competitive business environment Delta Sigma Pi sharpens, distinguishes and creates future leaders by placing an emphasis on professionalism, social identity, networking skills, unity, brotherhood, and service to the community.

The Delta Sigma Pi experience offers a unique balance of professionalism and fun that separates the Brotherhood from many other fraternities, clubs, and student organizations found on campus. Everlasting bonds of friendship and camaraderie are with you during your college experience and follow you throughout life. Brothers frequently aid one another in career direction and placement, entrepreneurial activities, and with the challenges of everyday living.

Not four years…for life.

PHI CHAPTER | Est. 1922, USC

The Phi Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi is an organization under the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Established in 1922, the Phi chapter is one of the oldest chapters in the Fraternity with over 1,400 Brothers originating from USC alone. Located in the South Pacific Region of the Western Province of Delta Sigma Pi, Phi Chapter Brothers participate in many inter-chapter events throughout Southern California, as well as provincial and national leadership conferences.

A large part of the chapter’s attention focuses on aiding and developing exemplary professional events, interview skills, resume-writing techniques, public speaking ability, leadership skills, and opening the doors to various career opportunities through recruiters, the USC Alumni Network and our own Delta Sigma Pi Alumni Network. The chapter offers an extensive and fulfilling amount of professionalism, friendship and memories that Brothers carry with them throughout their lives.
